With a lifelong devotion to alternative medicine, Jessica has dedicated her work to empowering others on their wellness journeys. Jessica is a certified Pilates Instructor, Yoga Teacher, Children's Yoga Teacher, Integrated Health Coach, Reiki Practitioner, Thai Massage Therapist, SurfSet Instructor, Spinning Instructor and Aromatherapy Specialist.

A native of the Hamptons, Mateo is a licensed Massage Therapist, Acupuncturist, Herbalist, Reiki Practitioner, Yoga Teacher, SurfSet Instructor and Spinning Instructor. Combining medical traditions of the East and West, Mateo weaves together treatments and healing practices that gently bring his clients to a balanced state of homeostasis.
